There is a career coaching option to fit your needs wherever you are in life, whoever you are. While one-on-one coaching is focused for men (read more here), women are encouraged to join either a small group session or seminar. - This is great for a group of 3-6 men who desire to be more confident in work and who they are. The small group size is ideal to allow processing time. Groups are encouraged to pick and choose from a list of topics. .. read more

- When you need answers on how to land a job quick, join an open career small group. Many who have attended had multiple offers in 48 days or less using the higly effective job hunting techniques taught in these sessions. You will master the most common and dreaded interview questions and learn how and when to negotiate a salary.
