Group Career Coaching

Q: How is group coaching different from one-on-one coaching?
A: In group coaching, we spend less time discussing individual personalities, and more time discussing the nuts and bolts of job searching, networking, and workplace productivity and satisfaction. Group coaching also moves at a faster pace, involving fewer coaching sessions and more outside homework. Working with a group allows for some unique opportunities as well, including critiquing each others’ resumes and role-playing interview and negotiation situations together. Many clients have found that these particular benefits, coupled with the economic value, made the Group Coaching the right choice for them!
